Secretary Nicos Ioannou and the delegates successively inspected Yiwu Small Commodities Market, and specially visited Yiwu Senshan Health Town, the permanent site of the World Peasant Association (Global Peasant Organization) as well as the education and training base. Ye Zhigen, Executive Deputy Station Director of Zhejiang Workstation of China Agriculture Cooperation Association and President of Senyu Holding Group, accompanied the visit and discussion.

At the meeting, Ye Zhigen, President of Senyu Holding Group, warmly welcomed Secretary Nicos Ioannou and Secretary-General Zhang Qi and introduced the overview of Senyu. He said that as a national traditional Chinese medicine enterprise with 26 years of experience, Senyu has been unswerving on the road of inheriting and innovating Chinese medicine culture, turning a grass into an industry and building a Senshan Health Town. Ye also introduced that the town has laid out five functional areas of ecological agriculture, smart industry, research and education, cultural tourism and health care, and life and residence, and is a characteristic industrial town integrating production, life, ecology and life, and integrating the development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries. At the same time, with this as a base, it motivates the peasants in the local area to join the dendrobium industry, effectively increases the employment of rural labor and increases villagers' income, achieving both ecological and economic value, and forming a health industry with regional characteristics.

Secretary Nicos Ioannou highly affirmed and recognized the construction of Senyu's health industry layout. Subsequently, Michael Paridez, CEO of LAIKO GROUP, introduced the company's products and conveyed the intention of cooperation.

Through this exchange visit, Zhang Qi and Secretary Nicos conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the relevant work of the World Peasant Association, and the two sides unanimously expressed their willingness of cooperation and communication in organizational construction, economic and trade exchanges and personnel exchanges, and initially reached the intention of convening the third conference of the World Peasant Association in Cyprus. The two sides signed an agreement on wine and food, agreed to register the Cyprus World Peasant Association as soon as possible, and began preparations for the establishment of Bulgarian and Greek agricultural organizations. It is hoped that by establishing communication channels with the EU, the influence and popularity of the World Peasant Association in Europe will be further expanded.
