Mr. Zhang accompanied him to Hangzhou and Jinhua for investigation and research.

During his visit to Geely Auto Group, Azis had sincere and friendly discussions with Weng Xiaodong, the head of Geely’s International Cooperation Department and General Manager of Geely Mingtai. They discussed the establishment of Geely’s general dealership, and Azis showed great interest in Geely’s market expansion in Central Asia. While in Hangzhou, Azis also visited Zhejiang Machinery and Electrical Group and Zhejiang Construction Investment Group. He had productive discussions on the foreign trade and investment of both enterprises.

In Jinhua, Azis visited famous Chinese enterprises such as Yitu Electric Vehicle, Luyuan Electric Vehicle, Qianxi Group, Lijiujia, Feibao Motorcycle and had in-depth talks with them on business and technical cooperation, introduction of projects, establishment of offices and other matters.

Kyrgyzstan shares a land border with China and has three border crossings. China has long been Kyrgyzstan’s top trading partner and source of imports. Trade relations between the two countries have become increasingly close, with trade volume showing rapid growth. During his visit, Azis highlighted new energy and infrastructure as key areas of cooperation to be explored and welcomed Chinese companies to invest in Kyrgyzstan to build large hydropower plants and other infrastructure projects. He noted that the historic Silk Road has set a precedent for friendship and cooperation among the five Central Asian countries. The Belt and Road Initiative has created new opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation and established a new mechanism for dialogue and communication. Kyrgyzstan’s development is inseparable from good neighbourliness, particularly China’s support.

WPA creates economic connections and opportunities between China, Kyrgyzstan, and its member countries. To achieve mutually beneficial cooperation, it is essential to enable the export of China’s high-quality products to the world and the import of excellent products from around the world into China. Azis anticipates that WPA will maintain an active role in promoting the integration of global agriculture, leading the collaborative development of other industries, and contributing to the economic development and technical exchanges of its member countries.

During the visit, International Cooperation Department agreed with Azis to establish a regular consultation mechanism between the two sides. They also reached a consensus on establishing a branch of WPA in Kyrgyzstan and expanding its business in Turkey.
